Recalls
Recalls are free of charge unless we re-attend and the issue reported is not with any work we have carried out, you have previously not taken our advice and not arranged for further repairs that may be required, you have supplied parts that are faulty or the outcome of the works are beyond any reasonable positive outcome. Recall visits that fall into any of the above-mentioned points, are charged at a flat rate of £120 unless further works are agreed with a price. We do not re-attend for blockages
