3am if it’s safe to do so (health and safety and environmental rules may limit our work
during certain times) and if we really can’t do the work there and then you will receive a full
explanation as to why and what happens next.
We want to where possible, carry out a first fix even if that’s at 10pm on a Friday night and if
we can’t, we will agree a way forward to get the job done. Being family run also means we
can adjust our prices or offer a discount if you ask, we are not bound to any set fees.
